Our goal and passion is to not only supply the best possible quality at a competitive price. Our vision is to be one of the leading global producers of mezzanines. Driving our investment agenda is manufacturing close to key markets. The production processes are designed with flexibility, automation, customisation, and according relevant quality standards. Our dedication to these core principles includes actively sharing our know-how and experience as well as short turnaround times based on optimal efficiency throughout each step of our production procedures.

As PRN Group, we have accomplished to achieve a geographical, product and automated synergetic environment throughout and between our companies:
PROFIELNORM : our production and service facility for mezzanines in Northern, Western, and Central Europe. Profielnorm has 2 locations in Tholen, the Netherlands.
John Scott Works : our production and service facility for mezzanines in the United Kingdom and Ireland. John Scott Works has its office and factory in Wolverhampton, the United Kingdom.
PROFIELNORM EAST : our sales and engineering hub for Eastern Europe, located in Wałbrzych, Poland.
PROFIELNORM USA : our sales and engineering hub for North America, located in Kalamazoo, the USA.
ProAutNorm : our IT specialist, optimising processes within a production environment.
Prof Trade Steel International : our steel service centre, located in Tholen, the Netherlands.
Our focus

Our organisation
PRN Group is a privately owned family business. Our founder is Jos C. Schot (1964), he is still actively involved with the company focusing on investments, specific projects, and advisory tasks. Since the 1st of January 2023, Matthijs Schot is the new CEO of the PRN Group. He represents the second generation and succeeds his father. Other family members fulfil various functions within the group, with their respective talents.
We have a hybrid management structure with a Group Management Team, as well as Managing Directors heading up each separate company. Our central Advisory Board consists of experts from various industrial fields, that helps assess important strategic decisions.
